This is a market-data site. The property figures on it are public government records and contain nothing about you. The only personal data here is what you hand over, and this page says exactly what happens to each piece of it.

What is collected

Nothing

Browsing the map, the ledger, the transaction list and every area, developer and project page. No account, no cookie, no tracking script.

Your email

If you open an account or subscribe to the weekly. Held so you can sign in and so the emails you asked for can reach you.

What you track and the alerts you set

So the weekly job knows what to send you. Tied to your account and to nothing else.

Your price calls

Direction, stake and the settled result. Other people see the aggregate split on a market, never who called what.

A lead, if you fill one in

Name, email, phone if you give one, budget, area or project, and your note. Described below, because this one is sold.

Your advertiser details

If you book or bid on a slot: the company, the copy, the link and the amount.

Leads, in plain words

If you ask to be introduced to a broker, that is a request to be contacted, and we charge a broker for it. Your name, email and phone are hidden from the lead board until one verified broker claims the lead. At that moment they get your details and the lead comes off the board. It is sold once, to one broker. It is never bundled, resold, or handed to a list. If you would rather nobody called you, do not fill in the form: every number on this site is readable without it.

Who else sees any of it

Three processors, and no one else. Supabase holds the database and runs sign-in. Resend sends the email. Vercel serves the site and keeps short-lived request logs. Advertisers get a click count from their own analytics if they run any, because their link is an ordinary link; we place no pixel, script or tag for them and we hand them nothing about you. Nothing on this site is sold to a data broker or an ad network.

Cookies

One, and only after you sign in: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. There is no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie, which is why you have not been shown a consent banner. Your browser also remembers the filters you last used, on your own machine, and that never reaches the server.

How long it is kept

Account data until you delete the account. A claimed lead stays with the broker who bought it and with us as a billing record for seven years, because it is an invoice. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Settled price calls are kept, because a forecasting record that can be quietly edited is worthless.

Getting it out or getting it deleted

Write to privacy@dubaipropertyindex.com and ask. You will get a copy of everything held against your email, or it will be deleted, within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason. A lead already claimed and paid for cannot be pulled back from the broker who bought it, and we will tell you who that is so you can ask them directly.

Children

Not for anyone under 18. No account is knowingly opened for one.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what happens to data already held, everyone with an account is emailed before it takes effect. Small corrections are dated at the top.
