An independent record of Dubai property
Real Estate IQ puts two public records side by side: the sales in Dubai Land Department open data, to 14 Sep 2026, and the DLD project register, which lists each project’s status, completion date and the % built at DLD’s inspections. We show both for 3,163 projects, 182 areas and 848 developer pages, free.
We are independent. We are not affiliated with the Dubai Land Department, RERA or the Dubai Government. We earn two ways: brokers pay a flat fee for a buyer who asked to be introduced, and advertisers pay for marked slots. Nobody can pay to change a figure.
